Just how far away does something have to be to be labelled as coming soon? I mean would you say next weekend is coming soon? What about the release of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption? Christmas? The Playstation 4? All of these stand a chance of beating Nintendo's star to Wii points scheme I reckon.
The idea for this was featured way back in the promotional emails around the time of the Wii's launch and still we wait... and it's all gone a bit quiet.
Now all those wallpapers and ringtones are extremely tempting Nintendo but come on, pull your finger out! I want to spend some stars on some more VC action!

You know Lee, NoE aren't even sure when the Stars to Wii points will be implimented. Their forums have been down for the past two months (not that that's much of a big loss...) but I know that many of the more 'active 'members of the said NoE forum have phoned NoE and spoken to many different staff members, who have told them there was no date for the proposed Stars to Wii point conversion. You can still collect your 5 stars a day by going to the Home page of NoE, but is there really much point in doing so, or adding more star points of they're gonna be null and void after X amount of months anyway? Nintendo really need to sort this out, but I doubt they will...
